What if I’m camera shy?No stress! You’re not alone—most of our clients aren’t models, and that’s exactly why we guide you through every step. We’ll direct you into natural poses that feel comfortable and look effortless. Plus, we’ll keep the vibes relaxed, with music and laughs to help you ease into it.

Can I bring someone with me for moral support?Absolutely! Having a familiar face can help calm the nerves. Just let us know in advance, and if they’d like to jump in for a shot or two, we can make it work.

What if I need extra images?We get it—sometimes you’ll want more! Additional images are $50 each, and if you’re loving your session, you can even upgrade your package on the spot.

Can I change outfits during the shoot?Yep! Each package includes a set number of looks. If you’re going for a quick switch-up, we recommend layering pieces or bringing easy-to-change outfits to maximise your time.

What if I need to reschedule?Life happens! If you need to reschedule, just give us at least 48 hours' notice, and we’ll find a new time that works. Less than 48 hours’ notice? A small rescheduling fee may apply.

How soon will I get my photos?You’ll receive a proofing gallery within 48 hours of your session. Once you’ve selected your favourites, final edited images will be delivered within 72 business hours. Need them ASAP? We offer express editing.

Can I use my photos for both personal and business use?Yes! You get full usage rights for your headshots, so whether it’s LinkedIn, your website, press features, or social media—go for it.

What if I want my headshots taken at my office?No problem! We can shoot at your office, co-working space, or any location that fits your brand. Just let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly.

What happens if I’m running late?We run back-to-back sessions, so please try to arrive on time! If you're running late, give us a heads-up. If we can, we’ll do our best to accommodate, but we may have to shorten your session.

What should I wear for my headshot session?The key is to wear something that makes you feel confident and comfortable while also fitting well. Avoid overly loose clothing that just "hangs" as it can make you look bigger on camera. If you're wearing a dress shirt, bring a spare to keep it fresh and wrinkle-free. A fitted shirt or a jacket with buttons can add structure and polish to your look.

Any tips for making sure my outfit fits well on camera?Yes! There’s nothing worse than realising mid-shoot that your top button won’t close or your jacket is too big. Try on your outfit in advance to make sure everything fits properly. A well-fitted shirt or blazer always photographs better than something too loose.

Should I bring accessories?Definitely! Small details can elevate your look. Consider bringing a watche, cufflinks, earrings, pocket squares, or a belt to add a touch of personality and polish to your photos.

hat about hairstyles—should I bring anything to change my look?If you have longer hair, bring a hair clip or tie so you can try some shots with your hair down and others with it up—it adds great variety to your final gallery. If you're planning to get your hair cut or coloured before your shoot, aim to do it a few days in advance. That way, it has time to settle and look its best on the day.
